For more than twenty years, Ms. Gocsman has been involved in most aspects of international sales, marketing and advertising. Her studies included World Architecture, Art History, Theatrical Arts at UCLA, Los Angeles, California. The completion of her studies at the University of Los Angeles in the Fine Arts Studies, and her fluency in five languages have provided her entrée in high ranking senior management of very affluent companies in various countries around the world. Ms. Gocsman’s relationships and affiliates in the international market enable her to provide the company with great management skills.

Ms. Gocsman has been a co-owner and operator of an antique furniture and Persian Rug establishment in Caracas, Venezuela for more than 25 years. She was directly involved with the purchasing of merchandise from all over the world.

From 2001 -2005

Ms. Katherine Gocsman was a vice president and was one of the founders for Global TV- and Global Triad Inc. These companies engaged in developing wireless internet and video-on-demand with the creation of websites that enabled the end user to stream video (the very beginning of streaming video on the internet). The Companies became Private to Public over the counter companies. Ms. Gocsman was also involved in many of the operations and had developed extensive knowledge in this field.

2006-2007

Ms. Katherine Gocsman was Vice-President and Secretary of Global Finance Group LLC., offering full-service investment banking and financial consulting capabilities for both public and private middle-market companies. The company primarily focused in Florida, strived to develop long term client relationships and assist firms by providing growth capital, strategic planning and related advisory services.

2007-2008
