This Privacy Notice ("Privacy Policy") is a public statement of how Race2ube LLC. ("Race2ube LLC, "we", "us", "our") handles your personal information with respect to websites owned and operated by Race2ube LLC (collectively, the "Sites"). By visiting the any of the Sites, submitting information, or using any of our products or services, you are accepting the practices outlined in this Privacy Notice

Personal Information

Race2ube may receive and store any information you enter on any of the Sites or provide to us in any other way. For example, in order for you to use the Sites, you may be required to complete a registration form (as part of this registration form, we require your first and last name and your email address). In addition, users need to maintain their collection of videos, images and other materials ("User Submissions"), and Race2ube maintains a database of information about users in order to augment this - e.g. we maintain email addresses of users uploading User Submissions to the Sites so we can email a user when his or her User Submissions are optimized and ready to be watched. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features. The personal information you provide may be used for such purposes as responding to your requests for certain services, customizing the advertising and content you see, and communicating with you about promotions.

  1. Content Uploaded to Site. Any personal information or video content that you voluntarily disclose online (on discussion boards, in messages and chat areas, within your playback or profile pages, etc.) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.
  2. Automatically Collected Information. We may automatically receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us, such as, "traffic data" received by our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested. Race2ube uses this traffic data to help diagnose problems with its server, analyze trends and administer the Sites. We may also automatically collect usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Sites and their components. This data is only used in the aggregate, that is, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. Such data enables us to figure out how often users use parts of the Sites, so we can make the Sites appealing to as many users as possible. We may share such aggregate information with our partners, so that they, too, may provide you with an optimal Web experience.
  3. If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Race2ube Site, we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features of the Race2ube Site, and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.
  4. Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload videos or send messages through the Race2ube Site and other Users can contact you through messages and comments. Any videos you may submit to the Race2ube Site may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public. If you have enabled Active Sharing, other users may see that you, as identified by your account name (not your email address), are watching the same video.
  5. We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Race2ube Site changes or for customer service purposes).
  6. We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, click-stream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the Race2ube Site is to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activity and communications.
  7. We use cookies, clear gifs, and log file information to: (a) store information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Race2ube Site; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information; (c) monitor the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, pages viewed, etc.; and (e) track your entries, submissions, and status in promotions and contests. If you download the Race2ube Up-loader, your copy of the of the Up-loader includes a unique application number. The unique application number and information about your installation of the Up-loader (e.g. version number, language) will be sent to Race2ube when the Up-loader automatically checks for updates.

Affiliated Business

We are affiliated with a variety of businesses and work very closely with them in order to provide our services to users. We will only share personal information to the affiliate to provide such services. Our affiliates do not have the right to share or use personal information for any purpose other than for an authorized service. B. Our personnel and agents (including, for the avoidance of doubt, consultants and/or contractors) may have access to user information while carrying out their duties in the normal course of our company business. C. In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these transactions, customer information is typically one of the business assets that are transferred. Moreover, if Race2ube, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, customer information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party.

LEGAL

  1. We may release the personal information when we, in good faith believe that this release is necessary to comply with that law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Race2ube, our employees, our users, or others.
  2. For example, if video of a crime or other unlawful activity is uploaded to Race2ube.com, subsequently Race2ube may start an investigation by contacting the rightful authorities.

Users Profiles

  1. If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Race2ube Site, we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of the Race2ube Site, and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.
  2. Your account name (not your email address) is displayed to other Users when you upload videos or send messages through the Race2ube Site and other Users can contact you through messages and comments. You may, decline to submit personally identifiable information through the Race2ube Site, in which case you can still view videos and explore the Race2ube Site, but Race2ube may not be able to provide certain services to you. The privacy notices of those services govern the use of your personal information associated with them.
  7. You may update or correct your personal profile information and email preferences at any time by visiting your account profile page.
  8. In order to edit the information on Race2ube file, you will need to maintain an account on Race2ube. This information is keyed in to you provided email address which you can have the system email to you as your most recent password to gain access again. Because of the complexity of the server logs, users do not have access to any IP/HTTP server log information, nor call or will we practically link it to an individual user.
  9. You may clear your viewing history at any time through the "Viewing History" feature.

Email Policy

Race2ube will not sell your email address to third party marketing companies. However, email is a key component with the Race2ube system. We use an email address to identify you, and associate ownership of your videos with an email account. For this reason Race2ube will email you system notifications about your account, changes to your account, password resets, video status, etc. Race2ube may also send out emails with news or promotions. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please notify us by e-mail at www.unsubscribe@Race2ube.com and include sufficient information for us to identify your account. Please note that if you do not want to receive legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Policy, those legal notices will still govern your use of the Sites, and you are responsible for reviewing such legal notices for changes. Third-party Advertisers/ Links to Other Web-sites

Race2ube services may permit you to link to other websites on the Internet, and other websites may contain links to the Sites. These other websites are not under Race2ube’s control. The privacy and security practices of websites linked to or from the Sites are not covered by this Privacy Policy, and Race2ube is not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such websites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy Race2ube may amend this Privacy Policy/Notice from time to time, at its sole discretion. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy/Notice in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes to the Privacy Policy/Notice, then we will notify you by posting an announcement on the Sites. Making sure that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances it is disclosed.

Race2ube /Race2ube LLC., Values your privacy. Although we do have to know something about you in order to better provide this system to you as our user; we also need to be able to tell others how entertaining or unpopular various features of the system are as we continue to grow. We understand as a publisher and technology provider that users of the Race2ube system drive our success so your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
